Islamic Touch | Purdah in Islam Part-2

 Assalamulaikum! How are you all? Today the second part of pardah series🤗 lets start;

Why was Purdah prescribed for Women?👍

One thing should be remembered; in islam woman are instructed to observe purdah because human beings possesses natural sexual desires that can attact them towards another👥Since men may find it difficult to fully control their gaze😵 woman are advised to observe purdah,while men are commanded to lower their eyes👀

The Perspective of Modern Society 💢

In today's society, especially among the education class, some highly educated women believe that purdah is a barrier.💈They say that wearing the vail makes them feel uncomfortable 🙍‍♀️Similary slogans like "my body, my choice"are often used questioning why women should observe purdah and insisting that men should simply lower their gaze 🙄

The Body is a Trust from Allah💖

The human body is a trust from Allah because it has been granted to us as a blessing. We didn't created it ourselves🙅‍♀️ Therefore, it must be preserved as a trust as we will be held accountable for it on the Day of judgement.😑

Harming the Body without any Reason is Wrong❌

Causing harm to one's body without a valid reason is forbidden⚠️ Unfortunately, many people become deeply attached to worldly relationships and when they face emotional pains, they may harm themselves 🚫 Such actions are also impermissible because harming ourself is wrong .

The Harms of Immodesty⚠️

Today in society, zina(fornication) has become very common and the honor of many girls has been lost😶 The biggest reason for this is immodesty. Perhaps we don't fully understand what immodesty means or consider it a sin. Because of this people are abandoning what is halal♨️ and pursuing what is haram. This is also why many mothers don't teach their daughters about the importance of purdah.🤱

A Wise Elder Silent Reflection on Purdah🤐

Once, some senior scholars were discussing the topic of purdah. An elder was quietly listening to their conservation. 😮 Someone than said; please share your thoughts as well. You must have more experience due to your age.😗

A Lesson from Candy and Fly🍬&🐝

An elder man said; one day my little grandson insisted on having a candy. I being old, brought him candy and unwrapped it🍫. A fly landed on the candy. So, i cleaned it but my grandson started crying loudly and saying i didn't want this candy because a fly had sat on it😑

Moral of this Story🌱

Then I realised those who are immodest are like that candy unwanted because of the flies on them🐝 while those who observe modest are like wrapped candy liked and accepted by everyone 👍

Conclusion 😍

So, we see that the women who don't observe pardah like as unwrapped candy and modesty is like as wrapped candy😚 Always remember it paurdah is not weakness its strenght💪
